Alicia Roisman Ismach: With over 15 years in electronic transactions globally and fintech entrepreneurship in Israel and US, Alicia immigrated to Canada in May 2018 and joined Venn Innovation as Entrepreneur in Residence to support the local innovation ecosystem.
 
In Israel Alicia founded The Founders Café, a network for founders to share ideas and get support from peers with over 1,800 members, that is now active in New Brunswick, Canada.
 
In 2015 Alicia joined Amaryllis to lead the Product & Marketing efforts of the most advanced End to End Payments Platform for Complex Payments Models serving Acquirers, Marketplaces and Payment Facilitators.
 
Previously in 2007, Alicia founded Seergate that developed the first real-time banking payments system, currently running in 7 countries in Africa for UBA, United Bank for Africa, one of the largest banks in the continent. Seergate revolutionary omni-channel payments solution, emailmoni, was nominated in the Large Bank Customer Service Category by Infosys Finacle.
 
Previously, Alicia led the Founder Institute in Israel, a leading global early stage accelerator headquartered in Silicon Valley.
Alicia holds a Master’s Degree in Enterprise Innovation from Swinburne University of Technology in Australia.
