Sandi Lesueur’s leadership story begins with one of Canada’s most established and recognized cosmetic brands, MAC. With only three stores active when she joined the team, her role was broad and multi-faceted, ranging from high-level executive decision making to hands-on distribution. During her 12 years at MAC, she contributed to its growth from a Vancouver-based cosmetic store to one of North America’s most trusted brands with 88 storefronts on the continent. 
 
That journey has fostered Ms. Lesueur’s robust network of award-winning physicians, chemists, manufacturers and distributors, and given her a business development skill set tailored for cosmetic brands striving for market share. In 2005, she applied that knowledge to lead Riversol Skin Care Solutions Inc., starting in business development and consultancy role and eventually presiding as Chief Executive Officer. Under her vision and leadership, she collaborated with dermatologists to develop the Riversol MD brand into a trusted and effective cosmetic and beauty brand in Canada.
 
In 2012 and 2013, she acted as Director of International Business Development for OOH Lifestyle, a cosmetics brand associated with Oprah Winfrey’s makeup artist, Derrick Rutledge. Her business development role at OOH blossomed into a consultancy business, and after departing Riversol in 2015, she crafted her own dynamic role at Clarion Medical Technologies as Medical & Aesthetics Consultant starting in 2016. 
 
Her first two years with Clarion resulted in Outstanding Achievement Awards for Sales in 2016 and 2017. This is a testament to her drive to sell product and shows her ability to connect with medical professionals and ensure products live up to their hype and deliver solid, clinically reliable results.
