We all use maps to get around, but we also use mental maps, or worldviews, to navigate through life. The best way to witness today is to know what people’s worldview is, and then to show them “gaps in their maps” –the disconnect between what they believe and what they actually experience. Find out what a worldview is and how to know what truth is so you can share Jesus effectively.

Brad Alles is an Assistant Professor of Education at Concordia University Wisconsin. He has won the Heartland Funds Teacher of Merit Award, the South Wisconsin District Teacher of the Year Award, and the CUW Master Educator Award. Besides speaking nationally, Brad has three books: Life’s Big Questions, God’s Big Answers; Starting at the End; and Empowered to Lead: Leadership Lessons from Josiah, Israel’s Boy King. He also has a DVD called Big Questions, Biblical Answers.
