Kirkwood Smith is out with his gang flexing hard on the Detroit PD. And to make matters worse, the OCP corporation wants to takeover the Motor City and turn it into Delta City. Think of Neo Tokyo with robot police walking around. We team up with our good friend Moe Porne of No-Budget Nightmare to talk about this classic movie.
