In the original version of VANILLA SKY (OPEN YOUR EYES for us dumb Kentuckians) we find the same vain men that you are used to on this very podcast finding comeuppance in a mixture of heartbreak and Ted Williams pseudo-science. Taking that pseudo-science a step further in David Cronenberg's EXISTENZ we find video games where the controllers are made out of bone and mucus. Icky.
