In Podcast Episode 232, “Remembering When God Spoke,” Kim discusses the divine privilege of hearing the voice of the God of the universe. As King David was reflecting on his life, he spoke of when the Lord spoke through him and to him.
Our focal passage for this episode is 2 Samuel 23:1-7 with the focal verse of 2-3:
2 “The Spirit of the Lord speaks through me;
his words are upon my tongue.
3 The God of Israel spoke.
The Rock of Israel said to me:
‘The one who rules righteously,
who rules in the fear of God,
