On this week's show, I spoke with Freeland High School girls basketball senior, Kadyn Blanchard, about her recent contributions to the Falcons on the court and her future plans at Ferris State.

I spoke with the girls' basketball coach, Matt Hirschenberger, about taking over the program after coach Tom Zolinski passed away. I asked him how he is fitting into his first head coaching role.

The Bridgeport boys' basketball team has now won 46 regular-season games in a row after beating Freeland this past Friday. I talked to coach Kevin Marshall to find out what's behind their dominance.

They're called the Sac Family: a group of Freeland neighbors whose boys started playing together in the backyard and wound up bringing success to Freeland High School's athletic teams. I spoke with the Sac Moms to find out about their history and what the future holds for this circle of friends.
