Lyneir is an entrepreneur working to empower urban entrepreneurs and strengthen economic conditions in ethnic and underserved areas across the US. He wears multiple hats, investing in commercial real estate, educating and advising urban entrepreneurs and MBA students, and structuring deals that increase resources for urban entrepreneurs.

Lyneir is the ED of the Center for Urban Entrep. and Econ. Dev. and an Asst Prof of Prof Practice at RBS.

Serge Loncar is an angel investor and digital health entrepreneur. Most recently he was the Head of Patient Engagement at OptimizeRx (NDQ: OPRX) which in 2018 acquired CareSpeak, the company Serge founded in 2011. At OPRX he led the commercialization of the Patient Engagement biz serving pharma, specialty pharmacies, hospital systems, health plans and med device cos.

Prior to CareSpeak, he was at Songbird Hearing and cdnow.com, with exits to P&G & Bertelsmann.
