Charity's Bio:  Charity Barrett began her journey as an entrepreneur at age 25.   She is the founder of Progeny Enterprises Incorporated (PEI), established in 2005. PEI operates a variety of brick and mortar human service-based businesses.   She has a diverse private equity portfolio that includes a child development center, assisted living facilities, and transient rental properties. She is currently working with a few start-up companies as a board member, business consultant, partner, and/or shareholder.   Most recently, Charity has entered the male-dominated tech space with her 100% self-funded app, the Diamond Lab, which is a small business development and networking platform.   She has also created a small business lending company.   Charity holds a bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology and acquired three years of doctoral level study in the same field with a concentration in neuropsychology.   Additionally, she is pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Wealth Management at John Hopkins University as a non-traditional, part-time student on a Dean’s scholarship.   Charity interrupted her graduate studies to return to her role as a businesswoman.   She prides herself on creating a legacy for her family and educating the masses about financial freedom.   Charity has devoted her life to identifying problems and thinking critically to find solutions that help people globally.
