Poetry has always been one of the great languages of the sacred.

For thousands of years, great spiritual teachers, mystics, and seekers have turned to poetry to convey the deep mysteries of the divine and to express the wisdom they’ve discovered on the spiritual journey.

In the newest episode of A Path To Call Your Own, I share with my podcast listeners a collection of poems - some written by myself, some by a few of my favorite poets - that offer insights, guidance, and support as you follow your own soul’s path.

Featured poets include Mary Oliver, Rainer Maria Rilke, and Mark Nepo.

Many of my own poems shared on the podcast are brand new, written within the last few months. I also read aloud one of my favorite poems from my most recent poetry book, Mountain Medicine, which is available for sale on the A Path To Call Your Own website.
