In this fascinating episode Raizel interviews Menachem Poznanski on an incredible community resource, The Living Room otherwise known as TLR. It is a fascinating conversation that goes deep into the wold of recovery and the different ways that TLR supports so many in our community. Menachem is a clinical social worker, lecturer and author. He has worked in the field of substance abuse prevention, addictions treatment, and recovery support since 2001. In 2004, Menachem became Director of The Living Room (TLR) a clubhouse program for young adults in recovery, with offices in Brooklyn, Five Towns,  Monsey and Hollywood, Fl. Menachem is an author of two books; Stepping Out of the Abyss: A Jewish Guide to the Twelve Steps, and Consciously; Six Steps to Living Vibrantly with Our Creator, Mosaica Press publications. Menachem is editor in chief of The Light Revealed a social media publisher and content creator focused on Jewish spirituality and recovery, and he hosts two weekly podcasts called Consciously and Practically a Fabrengen.
