A new episode of A Shot In The Arm is out! This week, host Ben Plumley and treatment literacy advocate, David Evans, look at the state of antibiotic research, and why the world desperately needs both new antibiotics, and change the cavalier way it uses the antibiotics it already has. From the way we treat diseases, clean our homes and grow our food, antibiotics have been a central part of our lives since the 1940s. We also look recently passed laws in some southern states that will severely restrict women’s reproductive rights, and what we need to do right now to protect the right to choose.
