Well what a pleasure it was to have Oli the gorgeous founder of The Stoned Silverback podcast on my show this evening.  We spoke about his travels to Japan and Thailand where he studied martial arts, his experiences with different types of pyschoactive plants in the Netherlands and his life back home in Iceland as well as the ups and downs of life of course.  We also learnt who'd he have around for dinner and a couple of awesome quotes.
