Senator Romney got off track during a hearing this week on President Biden's Family Act. He thought the witness was saying that children were better raised in a child care situation than with a stay-at-home parent, which was not her point. She was only saying families who HAVE to have their child in daycare are helped when it doesn't take half of their income.
