Mackenzie and Emma had the privilege of being joined by the amazing Safia Tellal from @mamma_talk. Safia is a full-time working mamma, wife, and amazing host of the Instagram Live account @mamma_talk. Safia uses the live platform to allow women from all around the globe to share their motherhood experiences.

Safia is fluent in French, Arabic, and English, which allows her to speak to women internationally from a vast array of perspectives. She is open and honest in the ups and downs of her personal motherhood journey. Including going through postpartum depression. Safia shares how she was able to seek support and healing to make it through those difficult new days of motherhood. She also shares her thoughts on the need for more focus to placed on the postpartum experience instead of solely the birth process.
