The Supreme Court in the case of Hall v. U.S. will look at whether a debtor must pay taxes on the sale of a farm in chapter 12. Peiffer has extensive experience in bankruptcy tax matters, including a similar case decided by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit in 2009.
