• 4-5 inch portobello mushrooms
• Thyme
• Rosemary
• balsamic vinegar
• olive oil
• minced garlic
• salt
• freshly ground black pepper
• small bowl
• whisk
• Mason jar with tight-fitting lid

Pie items:
• 2 lbs. fresh strawberries
• 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
• Sugar
• almond extract
• food coloring
• whipped topping
• 1 8-inch store bought gram-cracker crust
• aluminum foil or press and seal knife
• cutting board
• colander
• water
• spoon
• rubber spatula
