Supergirl (1984) - a podcast by Andee Martin

After 3 Superman movies it was time for a spin off. Problems with production may have been the cause to the first failure in the franchise, audiences may have become bored with the format or was it simply a bad movie?

Another movie I grew up enjoying and still do. I chat with Dan Champion from King Street cinema, who saw the movie in the cinema as a kid and Movie critic Barnaby Page, who had never seen it until the day before recording. What did they think? Was it ahead of it's time and should be regarded as a classic or were the 1984 critics and audiences correct?

I also chat about the TV series Superboy with James Rowe of King Street Cinema, an almost forgotten but fun show from the 1980's.
