and more importantly value. In comparison, Agile centers on value with the highest priority to
satisfy the customer through early and continuous delivery of valuable software. Thus, Agile
can result in high quality, value driven software when implement for the right project and right
environment. The practical application of Agile at Franchise Tax Board has proven that it
results in quality software.
