The herd comes together with the strongest and fittest animals of the outside rim, the old, infirm, babies and youngers are protected on the inside as they move as one facing the storm and heading through it. Team Buffalo are a group of amazing coaches and practitioner who committed to train with Acorn to Oak and we will be broadcasting live from the Break for Freedom 4-day retreat held in Bath, Somerset, UK.
