In the day-to-day it's easy to fixate on your goals and forget that you're also forming habits. Sometimes goals are too big to eat all at once and there's a lot of distance between your goals and your habits. What I've found is by shifting my focus towards my habits, I'm more likely to implement them into my routine, and make faster progress towards my goals!
