Shopify Plus

Tropeaka is an Australian nutrition brand, born on Shopify back in 2016, such a long, long time ago.  Four years later, volumes have increased, B2B has become a priority and it was time to scale.  This meant a transition from Shopify to Shopify Plus and what a transition it was, with the addition of personalised discounts, cart optimisations and a custom check out.  Tropeaka were able to increase their average order value from $89 to $94 across 15,000 orders per month.  That is a sign of a very healthy partnership.  To read more of Tropeaka’s story and see other case studies, visit the customer section on shopify.com.au/plus.

Signet

Given the chance to create my own packaging, I’m not sure I would be able to refrain from creating a box with my winking moustached face all over it. But for the team at Liquor Loot, who sell premium gin and whisky tasters, discretion was key. During covid their orders increased ten fold and made their deliver items hot properties for hot hands. They switched from padded mailer bags to Signet’s Own Bubble Mailer Bags and reduced their packaging costs by 30%. It allowed Liquor Loot to keep up with orders, save costs and ah, stop the looting.
