Tash first fell into digital marketing by way of being told that her journalism degree was a complete waste of time. So, she decided that marketing would her 'back up option'. After scoring her first role as a digital assistant straight out of uni, a spark was ignited and she instantly fell in love with all things related to online marketing.  She's now found her place in the industry where she can make a real impact to people’s lives by working as a Marketing Manager in a cutting-edge leadership development company, Your CEO Mentor.  One of her main responsibilities there is to lead the strategy and the execution of their bi-yearly launches of their flagship program, Leadership Beyond the Theory.  In October this year, they had their biggest course launch to date, with a $100k budget for ad spend. The results? $800K in revenue!  While she enjoys the digital advertising side of things, she’s a firm believer in having a holistic view when it comes to marketing, and looking at every point in the customer value journey.  Outside of work, you can probably find her at the local café taking her dog, Jimmy out for a puppuccino date.
