TKP: One Of Those Days - a podcast by Tommie Kelly

As I am trying to improve and expand the podcast there are two main sections this week. I also moved to Adobe Audition for this episode so please excuse any teething sound or editing problems - It will get better as I get to grips with the program.

Second Section - An update on the whole Weight Loss for the Soul Series.

That day continued to be hell with a video that at most should have taken 20 minutes to put together took nearly two hours due to weird audio rendering issues that just made no sense.
