It's Afronerd Radio'sGrindhouse time, mortals!  Per usual, we're just going to jump into the fray.  Listen to your preferred Grindhouse podcast crew as they confront the following pulp/pop culture topics: the team checked out the latest Deadpool sequel and we give our impressions; it just hit the internets that for Arrow's next crossover event Batwoman (and by extension Gotham) is making an appearance for the next season; our thoughts about the implications gathered from the season finale of Marvel's Agents of Shield;  Star Wars scribe, Jonathan Kasdan recently revealed that he envisioned the Lando Calrissian character as "pansexual" causing many fans to question and rejoice that interpretation (Dburt's not having it!); Can Universal still move forward with the "monster centric" Dark Universe franchise (I guess if the DCEU can..);  it looks like 80s nostalgia knows no bounds as not only is a live action Masters of the Universe film is slated for 2019 release but an animated She-Ra series has also been confirmed for Netflix (online poster revealed);  and there's the Thundercats forthcoming cartoon reboot (meh....the last one was excellent but for adults so....);  more on Westworld (and it's UK "cousin" Humans S3 premiered); And lastly, we'll address any ancillary stories that hit this week (saving Expanse, AXL and Happytime Murders trailers, etc.).  Call LIVE at 646-915-9620.
