The Medium Is The Message - a podcast by Aim for the Bushes

We’re back! In this episode I am joined by fellow podcast people Dexter and Alex and we discuss Marshall McLuhan's media theory “the medium is the message.” Now don’t worry. I can see some of you are already sweating bullets at the thought of theory but we don’t go academic on you or anything. But we do talk about how this can be used to understand the cultural impacts of certain aspects of our society. We give a definition in the ep but if would like to read it here: "a medium affects the society in which it plays a role not by the content delivered over the medium, but by the characteristics of the medium itself."

Of course you can always check out McLuhan’s work if this idea piques your interest.
