'If you're in this, you need to be in this for the right reasons. Sincerity and persistence are necessary (for Public Service)' Ali Husaini

Hailing from an immigrant family from India, Ali Husaini is a 1st generation brown Muslim American with one goal in mind: Leveling the playing field in American politics to one day have a political body that truly represents its diverse constituency.

Ali discovered his passion in the library of congress where he took charge of the herculean task of reopening mountains of unsolved cases involving crimes against minorities in America. And just like that, he had found his passion in life. He has since gone on to receive multiple licenses from the US House of Representatives and learn under the guidance of veteran politicians including New Jersey General Assembly member Daniel Benson, Congresswoman Bonnie Coleman, and even the battle-hardened Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley, all while being a full-time student at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. The list of achievements goes on and on as this kid from New Jersey strives to truly build a country 'For the People, By the People.'

In the third episode of AJK HFB, Ali discusses getting an Internship in public service 101, the challenges of being a minority, recommendations for others wishing to follow in his footsteps, and American politics today.

To Ali: Thank you for agreeing to come on the podcast. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated your time. Perhaps you are the greatest Ali!
