But digging deeper there is so much more to training than just the 'physical' element. Fitness for me can be an incredible tool in allowing one to develop self confidence, overcome obstacles and deal with setbacks. And if we can learn to connect fitness & life together, stay healthy, and practise staying present and connected - we will be able to fully understand our true capabilities.
