Ever since the Stodarts (Romeo and Michelle) crossed paths with the Gannons (Angela and Sean) on the outskirts of London, theirs has always been a unique approach. In the mid-2000s, they generated a buzz to the point that they were able to play three sold-out shows without even releasing any music. Plenty has followed in the intervening years, however, including last year's excellent LP. Outsiders

Traversing the worlds of pop and rock with a gleeful, harmonious tinge, The Magic Numbers have always thrived on their own terms and have never compromised their vision for anyone else - a trait to truly be commended in this day and age. In a first, this episode was recorded in Brisbane, on the opening night of The Magic Numbers' first Australian tour in nine years.
