The new documentary available on June 27 via CNN, "Lady Boss: The Jackie Collins Story," focuses on the life and work superstar novelist Jackie Collins. Director Laura Fairrie and Collins’s daughter Tiffany Lerman join us to discuss the film and Collins's legacy.

After she was fired at age 75 from her job as a hotel housekeeper, Regis decides to take her on a bucket-list adventure to reclaim her life. As she struggles to find work, he documents a journey that uncovers the economic insecurity shaping not only her future, but that of an entire generation. 


Author Kliph Nesteroff joins us to discuss his book, We Had a Little Real Estate Problem, which explores how, despite having been denied representation in the entertainment industry, Native Americans have influenced and advanced comedy.
