Jobs: A Great Deterrent to Crime - a podcast by Judge Jim Gray (Ret.)

What is the best deterrent to crime and, particularly, repeat offenses? It is having a job. And this week's guest, Judy Lamborn of Open Gate International, has the desire and ability to provide job training and jobs to the marginalized people of our society, including victims of human trafficking and domestic violence, felons who have completed their sentences, foster youth and more. She and her group teach these people to become chefs and culinary professionals at no cost to them, and then gets a majority of them jobs as soon as they graduate from this 12-week course. And not only in the US, but in many other countries around the world. And how is this done?
