She brought life, laughter and fun into Bounty, Charmin, Gillette and Puff’s social media before deciding to leave and start her own consulting business, The Sassy Tweetress. Her “keep it real” attitude has helped bring about accolades from numerous trade and media publications. Her real time responses and witty conversations have earned Charmin the title of Sassiest Brand on Twitter from Time Magazine as well as numerous Best In Class social media lists. A busy mom of three little ones, her home life definitely feeds her creativity and work. Originally from Puerto Rico, her father’s work with the military afforded her the opportunity to move all around the world. This unique perspective and experience also comes into play when helping define online voice, tone and equities.
