Commonly referred to as “trimmigrants”, trimmers come from all over the world to Northern California for a short period of time to make some quick cash. They spend months on back-woods farms to process the marijuana after it’s been harvested, and manicure it from the raw plant into the smokeable bud. Jenna has been doing this for almost a decade, working from farm to farm, off the grid. The scope of her experiences make for an interesting journey. From run-in’s with the police, 16 hour work days, to having her life threatened, you’ll not only get a good feel for what the lifestyle of a trimmigrant is like, but really enjoy the telling of it as well.
