He explained how Local 613 grew market share through targeted organizing. Mullins also spoke about the Local 613 apprenticeship program and their goal to get Georgia to retract so-called “Right to Work” laws.

Ohio AFL-CIO President Tim Burga was also featured on today’s episode. Burga spoke about the executive orders passed by President Biden and why they were good for the labor movement, the need for the Senate to pass the PRO Act, and rebuilding America’s failing infrastructure.
