The first 5 min. is a guided meditation followed by a  mindful reading of the scriptures that accompanies the weeks Come Follow Me lesson. The last 10 min. is a self guided meditation... or in other words, time for you to ponder, pray and reflect. You can use the timestamps to  listen to it all at once, or focus on one section at a time!
