In this episode, we’re putting TWO films on the examination table: Mike Flanagan’s Hush and John Krasinski’s A Quiet Place.

Both films feature a character that is deaf but integrate that element into their respective story in vastly different ways - highlighting the fact that our experiences as individuals with disabilities are unique.

We will also discuss how one film features an actor that is deaf in the role and the importance that has in regards the story and overall representation.
