Today’s very special guest is Liz Burkholder, PMHNP, FNP; owner of Burkholder Wellness.

Liz is an integrative mental health nurse practitioner, hypnotherapist, trauma specialist, energy healer, and intuitive. She began her own healing journey at age 17 after finding herself locked up in a juvenile detention training school as a self-loathing high-school dropout ridden with childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and zero confidence or self-esteem.

She has spent her life healing herself and becoming a healer for others. She believes that we all have a self-healer within us and that anything can be healed.

By using mind-body medicine and energy medicine, paired with conventional medicine, Liz brings her patients the most comprehensive, holistic, and personalized care and works with integrating all aspects of the self: mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual.
