For my energy sensitive folks – we must trust and lean into the messages that we receive through our SENSES. This could be a FEELING, a sense, a SONG, a sound, or just a remembrance. Although Spirit doesn’t always call us up and speak to us directly using words, leaning into our SENSES can be the missing piece to helping us channel that message we are receiving.

We talk about the desire to HELP those that we love. Whether they are suffering from an illness or heartbreak, enduring pain or challenges, or if they’re your children and you want to help and guide them – we talk about this and how HELPING can end up HURTING and knowing WHAT TO DO when our loved ones are suffering.
