“I am originally from Brooklyn, NY, and currently reside in Jersey City, NJ. I am a city girl who loves nature and wellness. I have had a deep love and interest for a Great Customer Experience for over 20 years.  It all started with my first position in Customer Service right after college as a Management Trainee, from there I have helped many small businesses’ teams provide an exceptional experience to their customers from coaching to managing my own teams. 
 
I know what it is like to be on the front lines assisting customers to face to face, online, and over the phone. I understand the foundation needed to effectively manage and build successful customer experiences. My methods are based on real-life scenarios with customers and not just theory.  All of my clients are coached and trained from the heart. I have a passion for business growth, motivation, leadership, providing a great service, and healthy team building.
 
I recognize that there are more small businesses today than ever before that offer great products and services. I understand that creating a strong Customer Community is required to maintain a successful business. I am a strong supporter and advocate in seeing small businesses succeed.”
