Chanelle S. Reynolds is the Diveristy, Equity & Inclusion Programs Lead of the Washington Commanders. Six years ago she started her career as an account executive in the NBA G League at the Philadelphia 76ers Organization. It was there where she learned and developed her passion for ticket sales. Chanelle has achieved accolades throughout her career such as being featured in Delaware Today Magazine as one of their Top Women in Business and being named 40 under 40 by the Delaware Business Times in 2017.

In addition to her front office endeavors, Chanelle played a pivotal role that founded the Washington Football Team’s Black Engagement Network, where she is currently the co-chair. With Chanelle's leadership, the Washington Football Team became the first NFL club to have its very own Black Engagement Network chapter. Chanelle is a proud HBCU graduate and member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. She is also an active member of the National Black MBA Association, DC Chapter.

When Chanelle isn’t breaking glass ceilings in heels, she is pursuing her other endeavors as a speaker, author and minister. Additionally, alongside her twin sister, Chanelle has a faith-based brand called Double Portion. Double Portion is designed to encourage youth and young adults to have a relationship with God and grow stronger in their faith. Her most recent power move has been the creation of a national membership based association for black sports and entertainment professionals. National Black Sports & Entertainment Professionals Association (NBSEP) is designed to be the leading organization educating and empowering black sports and entertainment professionals nationally.
