People are not perfect conduits of God’s word, but we are what God has to
work with, so God works through people but we have our own biases and our
own agendas and that’s true of the Biblical authors, like the Apostle Paul
for example: he never claims his words are God’s words but he does trust
that the Spirit is leading him and helping him as he leads the early
church.
