Delaware thinks they closed the "Charleston loop hole", they have passed a law giving the state up to 25 days to process a background check.
LT. Bill calls in talking about a couple of guys that decided they were going to "audit" a police station in MI by going in with masks on and open carrying handguns and rifles. As Archer would say, " Do you want to get shot and killed by the Police? Because this is how you get shot and killed by the Police."
The guys go into a little detail talking about a story where a CWP holder jumped in to help a store employee stop a theft and ended up shooting and killing the alleged thief. Not a good choice of actions, the guys explain why.
