This episode will cover the role of education in the fight against racism, from early years all the way up to tertiary education in the university setting. We talk about the experience of the Vice-chancellor as a student and as a teacher, as well as our own BAME Advocates' experiences throughout university. We also touch upon ARU's commitment to active antiracism through schemes such as 10000 black interns, the ARU Shine programme and the BAME Advocates programme. The podcast is part of a series created by the BAME Advocates to discuss important issues surrounding the fight against racism.
