Dublin born Aisling and Mayo man Michael graduated with their degrees in Agricultural Science from UCD in 1990. They talk about their careers in the food industry across continental Europe, the move back to Ireland and the return to Michael’s native Mayo. There they established their own flock of milking sheep and the Velvet Cloud business.
