Released in the later half of July, Sky 2’s debut single ‘Heaven & Hell’ is a fresh take on the urban pop genre, signifying the recording debut of the identical twins. Made up of Julien and Brandon Leo, they share, “It's the lasting dull pain you feel months after a break up, when you've moved on but still look back and realise that there was and will never be someone quite like her. She could take you to heaven and bring you to hell. However, when you were with her, it was ‘something else’.

Sky 2’s freshman song deals with the pain of having love found and lost. Self-described as die-hard romantics, the pair writes about things and situations which are real to them. They enthuse about their songwriting method, “When we are together, it's like having another 'you' to direct and support each other in the process. While writing melodies and ideas, artists can get lost in the infinite ways that a song can turn out. Having a twin brother who resonates the same ideas means the overarching concepts are never lost. Twin telepathy.”

In this interview Asian Pop Radio's Jay John and cohost Jhube speak to the twins about their working together as brothers, earlier interests around Kpop and dance as well as working on new material as Sky2. The boys also break news of a new single release.
