Sgt. Jamie Sipes from the St. Paul Minnesota Police Department comes on the show to talk to Matt Tinney about their approach to better serving those living with a mental illness. He discusses how they came together with the community to address programs, training, policies, and more as they relate to interactions between someone living with a mental illness and the police department.

Jamie talks about the new unit that he is part of, the Mental Health Unit. What their goals are and what he would like to see in 10 years.
