RaceDayQuads sued the FAA in April early 2021 and filed the arguments on August 4, 2021. After subsequent replies and arguments, The Department of Justice (DOJ) and RaceDayQuads argued in court in front of a judge and a ruling was made by the judge based on the arguments.
