It's another new episode of Ask Me About My Type 1 and as always the Q's and A's are just waiting for you to listen in! This week I have on Type 1 guest Ximena (listen in to learn how to pronounce it) and her Type None best friend Scarlet Tune to teach you all about Type 1ing the way they do it in Venezuela. Ximena tells us all about how Type 1 camp turned her entire attitude about her Type 1 around, attitudes toward Diabetes in Venezuela, and what Ximena ended up doing when pharmacies in Venezuela started running out of Insulin for months at a time. Scarlet also tells me what it was like when Ximena made her go to Type 1 camp one summer and how her best friend's social media is helping her understand Type 1. Ask Me About My Type 1 is totally international for Episode 12, folks because all three of us were calling in from completely different countries this time around! That's nothing y'all would notice really though...just really wanted to mention it.
