Jay Simhan, MD, joins the Inside Tract Podcast today to discuss advice on "applying for the position." In 2015, the American Urological Association’s (AUA) Young Urologists Committee (YUC) developed the first Transitioning from Residency to Practice Manual to guide trainees and early-career urologists during the transition from training to independent practice.

The 5th Edition of the manual was released in May 2020 and is now available at www.auanet.org/youngurologists.
