The actions leaders take based on their views and perceptions of the near future determine whether their organisation will succeed in these times of permanant VUCA and exponential technological / societal shifts, or will be disrupted into irrelevance.

Yet paradoxically, while foresight and scenario planning are vital to the success of the individual as well as the organisation, it is rare that enterprises and other organisations spend enough time and resources on this. All too often, digital transformation just means investing in more technology to make things more efficient, rather than using technology to actually BECOME DIFFERENT and do new things.
